Domestic Shipping Policy

• Shipment Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
• Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Delivery estimates will be provided to you once your order is confirmed.
• Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
• Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to addresses within India. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Carriers

We use reputable carriers such as DTDC and Indian Post for domestic shipments. The choice of carrier may vary depending on your location and the size of your order.

Damages

Rums N Muns is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We do not currently ship outside of India. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Rums N Muns is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Delivery Delays

Rums N Muns is not liable for any unforeseen delays beyond our control once the order has been handed over to the carrier. These delays can include but are not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or customs delays.
